again and can't make it home to let the pooches out? Is your dog overweight and you're worried he's
not getting enough exercise? Does your older dog experience "separation anxiety" and need a bit of company
during the day? Have a new puppy and need help with housebreaking? I can help. Walks are typically 20-30 minutes and may be
scheduled on a daily basis or just as often as you need. I welcome "short notice" and "emergency" calls
and always do my best to accommodate. Monday thru Friday clients receive 10% off.
Regular Visit.................$12

A great choice and the most popular for most house pets. These visits are typically
30 minutes and include supervised feedings, outdoor time, play, litter box maintenance, and home security checks. Most dogs require 2-4 visits per day, cats are usually OK with 1 visit per day
but of course more may be scheduled if desired.
Extended Visit....................$18 plus fuel

as you receive all services listed above. This choice is best for long walks, multiple pet homes, indoor and outdoor
pets, horses, small farms, or hobby farms.These visits are typically 60 minutes and include all services listed
above.
Barn Maintenance Services/Farm Help..................Variable rate due

Too busy or just don't have the time
and energy to get the barn chores done? Do you just wish you had more time to spend with the horses and not just cleaning
the stalls? Just need someone to lend a hand with the chores on occassion? Have you ever found yourself running
low on feed, bedding, or other supplies, and can't find the time to go to the elevator or feed store? How can
I help? Choose the services you need and frequency to help free up your time and keep your barn chores
to a minimum. I can keep your barn running smoothly so all you have to do is enjoy the time NOT cleaning the stalls!
Help is just a phone call away. Services include but not limited to:
*Feeding and watering including mixing of grains
and supplements, soaking feed, etc.
*Turn out/in of horses and livestock
*Stall, pen, cage, paddock cleaning
*Delivery of feed, bedding, and other barn supplies
*Be there to meet the vet or farrier
*Anything you may need
to keep your barn running smooth
Pet Taxi/Errand Service......................Variable

This service is available for any pet care
related errands or pet transport to vet or groomer. Will deliver food, treats, cat litter and other pet care supplies or restock
your fridge before you return from your vacation. Rates start at $14 per hour, charged in 1/4 hour increments plus fuel surcharge
and bill reimbursement.
House sitting......................$10 plus
fuel surcharge*
Don't have pets? Service includes mail and newspaper retrieval, water indoor
and outdoor plants, lawn, and garden, rotate lighting and window coverings and any other home security and maintenance measures.
Usually a 15-20 minute visit.

- All Services require an initial "meet and
greet" to meet you and your pets. This visit will ensure your pets know who I am when I come to care for them and allows
time to complete the necessary paperwork. This visit is at no charge and is usually scheduled at least 48 hours prior
to start of services. This visit is not required for existing clients. Existing clients may call or e-mail me with dates
for service requests.
- If desired, I can keep
a key for future services. There is no charge for key handling however, there will be a $5.00 charge for key pick up and drop
off. Keys will be securely locked at all times.
- There is no "per pet" charge. I charge the same rate for one pet or multiples.
- Please be sure to schedule
adequate time to complete all tasks required. If additional time is needed and not scheduled, it will be added and billed
at the rate of $6.00 per quarter hour. I will do my best to get all tasks done in the allotted time to avoid this from happening.
- Payment in full is expected at the start of services unless
other payment arrangements are discussed and agreed upon.
- Full refund will be given for cancellations 7 days in advance. 50% refund will be given for cancellations
1-6 days in advance. Appointments are scheduled specifically for you and your pets therefore no refund will be given for cancellations
less than 24 hours notice. A credit may be granted in emergency situations.

*Due to the high price of gasoline and this being such a rural
area (sometimes I drive quite a distance from job to job), I am unfortunately forced to add a fuel surcharge for my
services. This charge may fluctuate from time to time depending on the cost for fuel. I am sorry for the inconvenience
this may cause. I use Mapquest to determine mileage and travel time from 5351 W Juddville Rd, Owosso.

Occassionally I will accept jobs further than 25 miles but this is on
