Services Provided

All services are customized to your specifications and your pets needs. I treat each and every pet as the unique and special individual they are and you get true customer service. Kennels just can't provide the added personal attention each pet receives and deserves nor can they provide the added bonus of home security and convenience for you.

Services include, but not limited to:

Supervised feeding, outdoor, and play time
Litter box maintenance
Administering medications including injections & subQ fluids
Checking for and cleaning up any accidents

Daily Dog Walking/Mid-Day Visit...................$11.00/Visit plus fuel surcharge*
Working late again and can't make it home to let the pooches out? Is your dog overweight and you're worried he's not getting enough exercise? Does your new dog experience "separation anxiety" and need a bit of company during the day? Have a new puppy and need help with housebreaking? I can help. These visits are typically 30-45 minutes and may be scheduled on a daily basis or just as often as you need. I welcome "short notice" and "emergency" calls and always do my best to accommodate. I DO NOT "Pack-walk". I believe your pet deserves individualized attention and walking in "packs" does not allow for that.

Regular Visit.................$12.00 /Visit plus fuel surcharge*
A great choice and the most popular for most house pets or "light duty" hobby farms. These visits are typically 30-45 minutes and include supervised feedings, outdoor time, play, litter box maintenance, and home security checks. Most dogs require 2-4 visits per day, cats are usually OK with 1 visit per day but of course more may be scheduled if desired.

Extended Visit....................$18.00/Visit plus fuel surcharge*
The best value, as time permits receiving all services listed above. This choice is best for long walks, multiple pet homes, indoor and outdoor pets, horses and farms. These visits are typically 60-75 minutes.

Barn Maintenance Services/Farm Help..................$18.00/Visit plus fuel surcharge*
Too busy or just don't have the time and energy to get the barn chores done? Do you just wish you had more time to spend with the horses and not just cleaning the stalls? Just need someone to lend a hand with the chores on occassion? Have you ever found yourself running low on feed, bedding, or other supplies, and can't find the time to go to the elevator or feed store? How can I help? Choose the services you need and frequency to help free up your time and keep your barn chores to a minimum. I can keep your barn running smoothly so all you have to do is enjoy the time NOT cleaning the stalls! Help is just a phone call away. Services include but not limited to:

*Feeding and watering including mixing of grains and supplements, soaking feed, etc.
*Turn out/in of horses and livestock
*Stall, pen, cage, paddock cleaning
*Delivery of feed, bedding, and other barn supplies
*Be there to meet and assist the vet or farrier
*Anything you may need to keep your barn running smooth

Pet Taxi/Errand Service......................Variable rate, Call for estimate
This service is available for any pet care related errands or pet transport to vet or groomer. Will pick up and deliver food, treats, cat litter and other pet care supplies or restock your fridge before you return from your vacation. Rates start at $18.00 per hour, charged in 1/4 hour increments plus fuel surcharge and bill reimbursement.

House sitting......................$8.00/Visit plus fuel surcharge*
Don't have pets? Service includes mail and newspaper retrieval, water indoor and outdoor plants, lawn, and garden, rotate lighting and window coverings and any other home security and maintenance measures. Usually a 20-30 minute visit.

Important Information

All Services require an initial "meet and greet" to meet you and your pets. This visit will ensure your pets know who I am when I come to care for them and allows time to complete the necessary paperwork. This visit is at no charge and is usually scheduled at least 48 hours prior to start of services. This visit is not required for existing clients. Existing clients may call or e-mail me with dates for service requests.
If desired, I can keep a key for future services. There is no charge for key handling however, there will be a $5.00 charge for key pick up and drop off. Keys will be securely locked at all times.
Unlike some Pet Sitting Services, there is no "per pet" charge. I charge the same rate for one pet or multiples.
Please be sure to schedule adequate time to complete all tasks required. If additional time is needed and not scheduled, it will be added and billed at the rate of $6.00 per quarter hour. I will do my best to accomplish all tasks in the allotted time to avoid this from happening. Also, it may be necessary for me to stay beyond scheduled hours in the case of emergency situations, clean up from large unexpected accidents in the home. The rate of $6.00 per ¼ hour will be charged.
Payment in full is expected at the start of services unless other payment arrangements are discussed and agreed upon.
Full refund will be given for cancellations 7 days in advance. 50% refund will be given for cancellations 1-6 days in advance. Appointments are scheduled specifically for you and your pets and I may have had to turn away clients because of pre-existing appointments; therefore no refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours notice. A credit may be granted in emergency situations at my discretion.

* Fuel Surcharges are calculated on the first of the month according to the trend in fuel costs. This charge may fluctuate during the course of the month if there is a spike or drastic decrease in the price at the pump.
